Steve Dawson

Steve is the Regional Manager for Hunter Engineering in Washington, DC. He has been with Hunter for the past seven years and has over 31 years of experience in the automotive and heavy truck industry. He graduated from the General Motors Automotive Service Excellence Program and has worked as a technician for Mercedes-Benz and various independent repair facilities. After transitioning from hands-on work, he moved into management and leadership roles in dealerships and the aftermarket sector.
Throughout his career, Steve has developed training programs, mentorship initiatives, and productivity systems to drive profitability. Steve's current role, as Regional Manager for Hunter Engineering, he is working extensively in the ADAS Calibration space, in both the Collision and Dealership/General Repair industries, working with facilities on tooling, processes, and training.
